Corporate Social Responsibility

Here at Carroll Food Services, our underlying Mission is always to support and give back to the communities we serve.

In assessing our responsibilities as a Company we therefore focus on the four pillars of Corporate Social Responsibility:

  • Our responsibility in the Community to make a positive contribution and be dedicated to the Community in which we work and live.
  • Our responsibility to the Environment to act responsibly in the way in which we treat the environment through the products and processes we use and the way we dispose of the by-products of our service.
  • Our responsibility to the Marketplace to honour our business commitments to our clients, customers and suppliers .
  • Our responsibilities in the Workplace to provide a working environment that recognizes employees as a valuable resource, and focus’ on fair treatment. We aim to attract and retain staff of the highest calibre and create a focus on the aspects of work life balance, diversity and a safer workplace.

These are more than words on a page… whether it’s through supporting Social Housing initiatives, an inner-city Soup Kitchen initiative, or supporting our own staff’s activities within their communities; it’s a philosophy that we live every day!
