Between 1967 and 1993, John D. Carroll Catering Limited provided services at over fifty locations, with many well-known clients serving in excess of 8,000 meals per day.

Carroll Food Services Limited was then launched in 1994 by Kenneth Carroll to continue his family’s tradition of service in this highly specialised sector of the catering industry, and has grown to be one of the largest independent Contract Catering companies in the country.

From initial design to on-going management of Customer’s satisfaction, Carroll Food Services Limited prides itself on providing a complete turn-key solution including commissioning of facilities, planning of menus, food costing, recruitment and management of catering staff, and procurement of the best quality produce, along with food and beverage control.
